CASE STUDY: WORLD WILDLIFE FUND:

THE CHALLENGE:

When The World Wildlife Fund wanted to grow their presence & support base in San Francisco, they came to us with a request for a spectacular event. The goal was to  reach out to the the valuable and young tech world and older trust fund market at the same time.

THE STRATEGY:

We came up with a “Concert On The Bay and Under The Stars” evening event. We threw a dinner and concert poolside, at the members-only Golden Gate Tennis Club right on the SF Bay.

We immediately went to work with our connections in this upscale market and contacted influencers to spread the word about the event in a smaller ‘word of mouth’ campaign. In addition, we reached out to local corporations and the tech industry power players.

We were able to garner The Cowboy Junkies for the concert band and it sold out.

THE RESULT:

It was a warm fall evening and every ticket was sold.  The additional media and word of mouth attention gained additional donations and awareness in this valuable market.
